Google Nexus 6... love it.
The Google Nexus 6 is a fantastic phone. No carrier bloatware. No touchwiz ui. No phablet gimmicks like a stylus.

Huge 6 inch screen, 1080p display, already running lollipop, stereo speakers facing the user, and plenty of storage. It also comes with a turbo charger which will gives you 6 hours of charge with a 15 minute plug in.

Since I use this as a telephone .05% of the time the size in hand isn't an issue. I loved my note 2 but I like this better.

Highly recommended.

That is just how much I am paying monthly for the phone... service not included. I"m on the framily plan on tmobile so my service is dirt cheap.

This was more about the quality of the phone as opposed to the service and the monthly rate. The Nexus 6 costs about $100-150 less than the Note 4.

I had a Nexus 5 and loved it as well but gave it to the wife who doesn't care if she has a large screen or not. I, on the other hand, want to carry a small TV in my pocket at all times.

You got a good deal on the phone. The website has it at $27/month for 2 years, or $648. I was interested in the phone to replace my N5 but I couldn't justify the extra cash because I didn't think the upgrade was worth it. The N5 is worth $240. Is the N6 really $400 better than the N5?

I would be interested in the $300 N6 that you mentioned.

The N5 and N4 were both released with specs at 85-90% of what the flagship phones were touting at the time for half of the price so they were a real bargain. The N6 was released at full price. This was so that the carriers would push them more.

My hope when the N4 and N5 were released was that they would put downward pressure on the handset makers to lower prices on their phones. Unfortunately, the handset makers and carriers pressured Google to up their prices on the latest release.
