After a long investigation, WADA just released a shocking report today accusing the Russian Federation of running a huge state-sponsored doping scheme, including helping their athletes avoid detection in drug testing. They named 10 Russian athletes and coaches who should be banned for life, and given how corrupt Russia apparently is and the little amount of time remaining to the next olympic games, they also recommend that the IOC ban Russia from competing in Rio. (Not sure if the recommendation is just Russia's track and field team, or all of their athletes)

The IOC is not obligated to agree to the recommendation, but there's pressure all over the world on the IOC to hammer Russia.

Seriously, though. I've known a LOT of people who have juiced over the years and the only one that had any kind of problem was a dipshit who was taking 3 times too much with no precautions.

Everyone who did it correctly, and cautiously said it was one the best decisions they ever made.

I've been training for about 6 months so far and have had very acceptable results, and I just have to say, being strong will change your whole ****ing world.
Especially the legs. I have had weak ass legs my whole life and never really knew it.
Every physical action life demands that wear us out and beats us down, are brushed off as if they never happened when your body is strong.
I'm 35 years old, so my testosterone is probably 1/2 of what it was 10 years ago.
I don't see a damn thing wrong with a cycle of Deca at this age.

The WADA report is 350 freaking pages long, its going to take a while for people to read through it.

Apparently Russian athletes were flat-out told they must participate in their doping program to compete. Any Russian athlete who said no was kicked off the team.

The IAAF has announced that they will consider an emergency motion to ban Russia from all international competitions on Friday.

Media seem to think that motion will sail through. If it does pass, then the only thing that is unknown is if Russia will be given a viable path to reinstatement before the Olympics.

The only supplement I've ever used is protein shakes and have found that eating foods rich in it is just as effective.

I'm a hard gainer.
I'm feeling great, getting good definition and strength, but I need more size gains to reach the goal that I was trying to achieve when I started working out.....which is to make chicks drool as I serve them cocktails with no shirt.

I just need to pack on about 10-15 lbs of solid muscle, and I'm golden.
