I agree. It didn't help though that USC got rolled against Notre Dame either though, because USC has a better SOS than Bama and/or Ohio State.

I would imagine that Alabama would be a 5-7 point favorite over Ohio St if they played on a neutral field next week, so it appears that they took the better team.

Pretty defined path...win the SEC East beat the SEC West champ in a one game playoff in Atlanta & they are in it.

Not saying it is going to be easy but they know exactly what they need to do.
