Chiefs Trade G Rishaw Johnson to Buccaneers for S Kelcie McCray

Buccaneers HC Lovie Smith announced Thursday that they have traded S Kelcie McCray to the Chiefs in return for G Rishaw Johnson, per the Pewter Report.

Johnson, 25, signed with the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of California University of Pennsylvania. he was reportedly competing with rookie Zach Fulton for the Chiefs right guard position.

There is no question the Buccaneers could use some extra depth at guard, which appears to be one of their biggest issues on their current roster.

It was self made. We found a guy who played himself into the starters role. Should have kept him and paid him starter $. Rishaw not working out is just one of many "iffy" things that needed to this season. PLENTY more where that came from, especially on the OL.

This board seems awfully upset about not signing Albert or Schwartz. We can't even ****ing afford Berry, Houston, and Smith right now, and we want to spend $15M on two offensive linemen?
