The contract is really a 2/3 year contract with 29 of of it guaranteed, so it isn't as bad as I first thought.

Saying Cooks only has speed is wrong- Darrius Heyward-Bey, Jacoby Ford are guys who only have speed. You don't get 1000 yards receiving 3 straight seasons just because you have straight away speed. For discussion sake- what separates Tyreek Hill from Brandin Cooks? |

I think the key is going to be finding ONE of those guys to extend and letting the rest walk. Hopefully Mahomes really is like Favre where he can make almost anything into a pretty good WR. The Packers have been paying all kinds of extensions to Aaron Rodgers weapons over the years while letting key contributors on defense walk, all while being really quiet in free agency. When we do end up having to pay Mahomes, we can't let ourselves become the Ted Thompson Packers. |

LA Rams are putting themselves in Cap hell when it'll be time to pay Goff or find a replacement.

Y'all are acting like having too many good players is a problem. The only thing the Rams have to worry about is which of their star players to keep around and which star players to send away.
The Chiefs hopefully will have this problem soon. |
