I'd almost venture to guess there's never been one coach that's ever told his team to lay down and lose.. For one players make that decision, not coaches.. Kubiak can control stuff like punting with inches to go and shit like that but naw... players have way to much pride to try and lose...

Plus Raiders are a division rival. There's going to be trash talking during the game and the Broncos are going to more than likely get pumped up and want to win.

Best case for KC is something trash talking happens early in the game that fires Denver up. Some talk in the media during the week would be ideal but unlikely.
