After setting career highs with 85 catches and 1,318 receiving yards last season, Maclin shifts from Chip Kelly's high-flying attack to Kansas City. He'll struggle to repeat that production against a steady diet of top corners and double teams in 2015. Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce will generate attention, but opponents aren't going to move off Maclin for the rest of that wideout group. While he's a massive upgrade at the position, K.C.'s conservative, run-heavy playbook makes the former Eagle a fantasy risk.

I dont give a shit what mr. scaryface says...He was the best FA WR for this system that came available. If he believes he's no better than Bowe in a Reid designed offense..he is a tard.

This is the best roster KC has had in maybe 20 years....jesus...try to enjoy it for a second...or find another outlet for your anger. Pinning your failures in life at the feet of Smith/NFL team is pathetic. He owes you nothing and neither do the Chiefs...You would have saved the picks and drafted Geno #1 overall. ...KC would still be the laughing stock of the NFL.

You hate Smith..yeah, everybody gets that...do you really need to **** up every thread with repeating yourself on a daily basis? What benefit are you getting from this....receiving confirmation that you suck from strangers? Abuse is a vicious cycle...

I like the Chiefs....wish you would go root for another team. Smith is going to be their starter for at least another two years....deal with it.

Look at the previous year. Huge difference.

Also, Harvin's numbers are skewing the 2014 numbers.

Hell, we've had good WR's.

Bowe was great in his youth. D. Alexander might have been the best Chiefs WR ever. Kennison was a respectable and dependable pass catcher.

These facts still remain though.
1. You originally included running backs and te's in your original post where you claimed Russell wilsons receivers do fine

2. Alex smith had a higher ypc to wide receivers in 2014 than Russell Wilson.

The main point of my post was to point out that the stats you used to validate your point were flawed. And that's as far as it goes for me. To be honest I think ypc is a silly statistic anyways after you look at the guys who have led the league in the category. The receivers and scheme play a massive role in ypc.
