Per 9 Bay News:

Apparently there's an eastern low pressure coming in moving east that's pushing Irma more north east. The trough will erode the hi pressure. Finer details not known but they're pretty confident it's going to turn north east.

Tampa still saying it's a deadly hurricane here and says city of Tampa is declared to be in a local state of emergency but not calling for an evacuation yet. But calling for infirm and elderly to get out now. Listening to him terrifies me. Will be lots of standing water in Tampa. Says Sat is too late to prepare and says will not be able to come get you with sustained winds at 40 mph. Traffic already bad as some getting out anyway.

Let's hope that low pressure keeps pushing it further east into the Atlantic.
