Mahomes injury updates

Minus whale get this one started.

Quote:
Patrick Mahomes Update

Postgame, Coach Andy Reid confirmed ankle sprain for Mahomes. Don't overlook this injury. By video this is not a standard low ankle sprain. This is a not a standard basketball low inversion sprain with predictable recovery.

By video this was a high ankle sprain. Albeit mild and Mahomes is obviously tough. One needs to wait for to see how much swelling occurs overnight and the next few days.

Will know more in the next few days. Expect some missed practice time and this could slow down the 2018 MVP throughout the month of September.

With Moore, you're gonna have to win close games. That's fine, similar to what they did with Smith, but obviously Mahomes gives you the ability to boat race people.

Close games tend to come down to a bounce here, a fumble there etc.

Which is exactly why we need the MVP back as soon as he is ready to go.

Should I add IMO, just so everyone is clear that its just an opinion?

I saw a poster at the grocery store showed Mahomes and you could see Titans in the background. Now tell me that's not a sign, uh huh.

Yeah, I don't know why just because we could win with Moore, anyone wants to really play with that fire. He's played well and they could win in there, but he could also shit the bed.

Matt Stafford went 3 weeks. Mahomes will be fine with 3 weeks. Run the Denver gameplan which kept mahomes mostly on his feet. Motivate your defense to not need mahomes to do too much. Not worried once we heard how he's progressed since the injury.

Yep, especially since the Titans have our number and have a salty defense.
