As much as I hate his antics, I really hope Reid didn't keep him out of the gameplan to punish him. Don't punish the team because of the actions of one player.

If he didn't keep him out of the gameplan, then that's on Alex from not getting the ball to our best receiver.

I'd have to watch the game over, but I would guess that LA schemed to take him away. There's simply no other reasonable explanation for him to not get looks.

Maybe they did purposely hold him out of the gameplan though, because even the shovel pass wasn't for Kelce today.

It was pretty bizarre. I'd like to think it wasn't a "punishment" because that would be pretty ****ing stupid. Maybe we're overthinking it and Kelce just didn't have any good looks throughout the game.

I really don't think it's as simplistic as that; there is no way Andy would sacrifice a potential win against a division opponent just to send a message...
