One thing i"m very excited about is what this means for Jamaal Charles, but I don't see this team winning a SB with Andy Reid. Not after what I've seen of his game management. He's not Sean Payton.

10 of the past 15 Super Bowl winners were won by HC in their second job.

I like those odds better than say Chip Kelly considering that only two college HC's without any prior NFL experience (Jimmy Johnson and Barry Switzer... who essentially won with Jimmy Johnson's team in Dallas) have won a Super Bowl during the past 30+ years.
