He's 6'6", 289 pounds and had 21.5 TFL last year.

Yes and no. Playoff game was a good example. Yes our defense did an awesome job keeping them out of the endzone. But I really think the yards allowed PIT to control the game and keep KC's offense out of sorts. I also always worry when defenses depend on redzone play and turnovers.

Time of possession matters, so yards allowed matters.

Man, I'm really excited to see how Sutton is going to use this kid. He's raw, but they can still get some situational production out of him this year I bet.

Early suggestions said he was playing in a 5-tech, which is pretty uncommon in our defense unless you are an OLB.

If Tanoh and Chris Jones both can hit big, the defense is gonna be spectacular these next few years.

I think he will be contributing this season. How much remains to be seen.

The difference between just being gym rat strength strong with very little athleticism vs natural strength with a whole lot of athleticism which I will take ever time over just pure strength. Tanoh only gets physically stronger over time and he will be fun to watch once our strength coaches get his lower body in more strength shape.
