To the alex fans ryan lost it. No Brady won it. That is how a hof qb wins games but being alex fans you wouldn't recognize that.

I can recognize that Seattle and Denver's defense won them rings and tonight although Tom brady played an amazing 18 minutes of football, none of this is possible unless the Pats defense makes those big plays down the stretch.
They were ranked #1 in defense in the regular season. They had 1 bad half of football but the law of averages came into effect. |

144.1 passer rating. Most likely MVP if they won. Defense made a great play. Kyle made a crucial Mistake on play call.

Brady played like liquid ass for 3/4 of the game Ryan was the prototypical game manager for a dominant defense and running game for that same 3/4. In the 4th, Brady did capitalize, but it was spurred by major brain farts by the game manager Ryan and major turnaround plays by the Pats D. He also benefitted from an amazing catch of a tipped poor throw by Edelmann. Heck, the Pats even had 2, TWO!! Reid-esque 'down multiple scores, so run 6 minutes off the clock' drives, that should have killed them. It was an amazing exciting game, but it was amazing and exciting because nearly every member of each squad had drama and a story arc. To summarize what happened tonight as another instance of either QB 'putting the team on his shoulders' is agenda driven and deeply disrespectful to both the game itself and the players in this one. |

He is still far from being on the level of Rodgers/Brady/Wilson/Brees Matt Ryan most definitely goes up there with Romo for being a complete choke artist. |

That amazing dart to Julio, though it was something Alex is unlikely to duplicate, resulted in 3 subsequent downs of, losing yards, taking penalties, moving out of FG range, and losing the game. So great, he had AN amazing throw!!! In a losing effort, with a game that had been well in hand on the strength of Defense and Running the Ball. |
