**** OFFICIAL 2015 Flopnut's Fatties Weight-loss Thread****

We didn't do it last year but we did it two years ago and I'm bringing it back. Post in here if you want to drop some poundage and I'll add you to the main post. Set yourself a goal and then post in here to be held accountable. If you want....we can track your weight-loss all year long and then crown a winner at the end of the year. I know in the past that posters have put up prizes (not necessary).

Let's do this shit....

FYI: This is not a thread to start arguments over which way is the best way to lose weight. There are different ways for different people. Keep the stupid shit out of this thread.

Congrats! I wasn't trying to knock the pudding, it's great for a no carb diet. I was just amazed at how many calories that heavy cream has. I thought it would be high, just not that high.

Have worked out 3 of the last 5 days. Lost 2 lbs. I'm actually just looking to lose a little, but mostly tone up. Doing 8 dif dumbell excercises. The 2 hardest are stand on one leg and pick the weights from off floor and put back down 3 sets of 10. And lay on back, hold weight straight up and do 8 sit ups each side 3 sets. Abs be BURNIN!!!

Yea and even though you know it's not fat, the keto flush of water from the mid-line feels good anyway!

Have you guys saw this different approach instead of counting calories?

Math? To plan dinner? Isn’t there a better way? Yes there is. Just take a look at your hand. Use your fist, palm, cupped hand, and thumb to practice calorie control – while avoiding the hassle of counting calories.

If you’ve heard it once, you’ve heard it a thousand times: The best — maybe even the only — way to lose weight is to count calories.

After all, it’s a pretty simple equation: Calories in vs. calories out. Eat more calories than you burn, and you gain weight. Eat fewer calories than you burn and you lose weight.

The rest here:

Except counting calories isn’t that simple.

Yep. It's a great crunchy contrast with the smooth hummus.

It's great. The crunch mimics the chips if not beats it outright, and the hummus is highlighted better by the lack of salt in the celery.

Sorry, but that is just stupid as ****. The size of something doesn't indicate how much nutrition you get from it. You can't tell how calorie dense it is.
