He creates space because he's an option. Not because he's a weapon. I agree it helps to have a jet sweep option, but you have to have someone who can actually do some damage with the ball in his hands.

You're only an idiot if you think he is a solid threat as others on here do...

I saw Wilson create space by running out of bounds as fast as possible to avoid tacklers on that WR screen. I means seriously, it's just not worth gaining a few yards if it means getting tackled.

He had exactly one more yard receiving than Hootie did today. Probably ought to keep him active for mismatches and such.

Watching Albert Wilson play reminds me of two people, Flip Wilson and Fat Albert.

I was annoyed as hell.

They need to stick to 2 TE sets. Keep Kelce and Harris in with Conley and Maclin on the outside and Ware in the backfield.

Stop getting cute with the plays and just let these guys take advantage of mismatches.

We'd be far better off in the long run trying to develop guys who have the potential to be special.
Isn't that what they're doing with Hill? Hill is eventually going to take Wilsons role when he's ready but as of now, Wilson is the best option at the #3 right now and he gets the 5th most targets after Maclin, Kelce, Conley, and Ware/RB. I don't have a problem with him right now. Whoever is in that role is going to have limited production because of the other guys around him.

I'd rather have DAT in than Wilson.

One thing I will give him though, he did block hard the few times I saw a run play go in his direction.
