The trade deadline has passed. Veach did not make his move

Or does he do the unthinkable and stand pat? (the only way this should acceptably happen is if there is absolutely no secondary help available)

He's gotta do something, right? There's no way he can think this D is good enough to win it all. And if he uses the, we'll take our chances this year because we didn't even expect to be this good and try to build in the draft-mentality, then **** him.

Arik Armstead of the 49ers is on the last year of his contract. I don’t think they resign him as he has under achieved. But h’s Jones size. Long arms. Could rotate inside on pass downs and get his hands up to potentially knock down some passes. Thought there was rumors in training camp they might look to move him

Would have liked Harrison for only a fifth. Williams is a better DE than NT and I think Jenkins is around more for leadership and could be upgraded

Dumpster diving in other teams trash cans for scraps isn't a good way to spend draft picks.

Unless its a Peterson/Earl Thomas level player it won't likely make a damn bit of difference.

Kyle Williams from Bills I don’t know how much he has left and he will likely retire but that’s another DT/NT that would be nice to have to rotate and he would be playing for a ring. Late round pick for an 8 game rental would be helpful for a big body to two gap and help ILB play. Not exciting like a Collins addition but would fill a role

Better than KC defense does not equal good.
We are 21st in points with 26 points a game. GB is allowing 24 points a game.

I'd go for that trade. Conley has never lived up to his potential and it's not like we don't have 30 or so WR on the bench and PS.
Bring back DJ on the cheap, have Neimann wear 56 1/2 and kick some ass.

Corner is scary because Smith hasn’t played since preseason except late snaps when they pulled the starters last week. Same with Ward his special teams play has been great but I don’t think he’s ready for CB snaps. Shaw would be the 4th CB now along with being able to play S but I think he would get picked on quite a bit outside at CB if he had to start

when you mistakenly thumbs-down someone - you make that up with a positive rep - i've had to do that a few times.
