Can the mods rename the notorious riskey' threads to NSFW then that could solve some of the issue.

This picture/spoiler thing as been bugging him for months


of course he could just stay out of the 'dirty' threads but that doesn't seem to be acceptable either.

As has been mentioned, it's not a problem in the dirty threads. I don't even remark on it in the dirty threads anymore. But what about threads that aren't marked?
