A look forward: Who should we sign next season?

Not trying to look to far ahead, since I have big hopes for us this season. BUT, who would you guys like us to sign next season that will be a free agent, regardless if there home team plans to franchise or resign them.

If I was KC GM
My #1 mission.. resign Justin Houston--- THEN, I would personally like to see us sign TE Julius Thomas. He's big, he's fast, he's athletic, and Alex smith loves the mismatch that the tight end position brings to the table. Him and Kelce would be a scary duo.

My #2 sign Wes welker/Boldin/D.thomas. I could see welker or boldin being a more realistic option for how heavy we are invested into Bowe, but that would still be fine. We need just physical reliable move down the field wide receivers, and boldin and welker are 2 of the best we could use for a year or two at low money.

My #3. Sign Jason Pierre paul. 3 year deal back loaded for salary cap reasons. Poe and Pierre paul would be MONSTERS at the front line with houston chuckling behind them.

Added pieces
WR. Welker/Boldin/Maclin
TE. Julius Thomas
DE. J. Pierre paul.

The above I think could be realistic in someway. And I believe adding the pieces above fit our type of team and make it 10x more dangerous while adding pieces from the draft to secure our future. Your thoughts? Could it happen?
What other ideas do we have for free agency? I want to see boom pow big threats that will punch you in the mouth

QB for sure. At some point we need to upgrade Alex Smith

Between Welker's brain and Boldin's age, you could really go **** yourself!

Julius Thomas for sure. D. Thomas would be cool to have too but he will cost too much so we could get someone else cheaper like welker or boldin

Yeah, I'd also say a definite no to everyone you suggested.

JPP doesn't even fit our scheme, Boldin is basically Dwayne Bowe, and I'd never sign a WR/TE coming from a team with a HOF QB so no to J & D Thomas and Welker.

Julius Thomas, a TE that has never actually blocked, will fit right into our running game.

Thomas probably won't do shit with a normal QB.

Welker is a product of Brady and Manning.

Demarius has at least done something without an All-Time Qb.

The only person I am interested in signing in the offseason is Justin Houston. Outside of that, I think we are doing the right thing by building through the draft.

Picking up cheap veterans to plug holes until the young guys are ready to shine is the right approach. 34 year olds with scrambled brains is not.

Say no to Wes Welker. No really... say no to him... for his own sake.

Lets worry about keeping our good players first before we worry about bringing anyone else in

Our 11 draft picks next year will help us continue to improve. Our young guys will continue to improve. Profit.
