Do you go to Greaserama? That place gets packed to overflowing with rat rods.

no; but I heard about it for the first time at WOW!.
I'm definitely going to check it out this year.

If I had a few grand and wanted to spend it on a car, it would definitely be a rat rod; or, just a rolling chassis w/ body (already chopped).

No idea why I like them lol.
I'd just love to bust it out on a weekend or nice day just to see the "WTF is that" looks I'd get

Mrs. Radar and I took her ’57 Ford to Greaserama the last two years. Trailering it up there is a PITA though, almost too much work to call “fun”, but we’ll probably do it again this year.
When it gets closer to time I’ll bump my old topic on it. Stevieray met me there last year, we had a fantastic time just shooting the shit.
I’d love to build a rat rod myself. A drag toy/weekend cruiser, but I already have a couple too many toys as it is. Which reminds me, anyone interested in a small boat, 14ft with 30 horse Yamaha outboard?
