I am 6-1 and used to be 150 pounds-in High School. I could hide behind a pencil.

I have been married for 25 years and my wife is a good cook. I look better at 250 than I did at 150.

I should drink less MtDew. But I only do in the summer. I need it during the school year. Otherwise-it does not matter.

UPDATE: Scale was out of whack, actually at 174lbs, which is right around where I've been since last fall so that's a relief. Was a bit stunned to see 157 yesterday.
