Not saying Kush won't suck, but that's no reason to go apeshit about retaining Hudson for $9 million.

Or for bringing aboard Wisniewski, who is a CONFIRMED agent of suck when it comes to playing center.

Draft a mid-round C/G and have him compete with Kush. The Packers were very successful when they had JC Tretter coming back from injury working against Corey Linsley, and Linsley ended up being just as good as Evan Dietrich-Smith.

Just because the Chiefs whiffed on the open competition theory between Rishaw Johnson and Zach Fulton doesn't mean it's not a good solution to filling interior line spots that USUALLY yields a solution.

You can't always discern player success from the decisions that coaches make. It's extremely misleading to say, "If Player X is so good, why didn't he beat out Player Y that one year?"

I have no idea why they kept him as backup C. Backup center is usually a guard anyway. It was a roster spot waste if he was there for the center position only. I mean, is he some super secret weapon that can only play C and it's a "break in case of emergency" situation if Hudson was to go down?

I don't buy it. If he was good enough, they play him at LG. McGlynn and Linkenbach were that bad. If they were that bad and continued to trot them out game after game and Kush was sitting there doing nothing but eating nachos and hot dogs waiting for the Hudson injury, that's worthless.

Everyone around here is jerking themselves silly that Kush is going to be plug and play All-Pro because he played against San Diego that one time and he came into camp all yoked up last year.

I'm saying that if they guy was worth a shit, you play him versus the dildos that McGlynn and Linkenbach gave us. Those ****ing guys were atrocious.
