IDK, never played 2070. I would imagine they're both very similar games in terms of mechanics?

Qft. Tropico 4 is bad ass. It has some city management aspects that are similar to simcity, but it doesn't take itself too seriously, in a good way. It'd be nice to have a great game like simcity, where you are truly governing and engineering a city fom the ground up, but in this day of corporate **** ups like EA squeezing out the competition, it seems very unlikely to come to fruition any time soon.
