The CFB Bowl selections are tonight, 8:30 on ESPN.

Reason I started this thread... New York Times' Pete Thamel is reporting that a source tells him Northern Illinois slipped into the top 16 and will play in the Orange Bowl against Florida State. ESPN's BCS guru Brad Edwards says he thinks NIU is in too.

Either way, bowl selections are starting to leak this afternoon.

It's true that you'll be only one of about 200 at Sun Life....but you'll get a rude awakening with the actual game result. Golden is adding serious talent and the offense is going to be sick next year. Much better club than this year.

Didn't get to watch tonight's game but I have it recorded.

I just watched his snaps vs. NC this year. Looks solid so far.

Not sure if serious? Florida has superior talent now and has put together a much better 2013 class than Miami.

Didn't effect the outcome of the game, but I love Jon Bostic as a potential ILB for the Chiefs next year so I'll post this here. The hit last night on the first play of the game was completely legal. The roughing call was BS. You can see in the clip here that 1) he leads with his right shoulder, not his head and 2) he hits Bridgewater below the helmet.
