I agree. I just want her home safe. I think there is quite a bit more that should be reimbursed, like lost revenue from work, etc. but that will be addressed soon enough.

I would definitely look into suing for lost wages, emotional distress, sexual harassment, attempted rape, robbery, etc, etc, etc.

You can bet someone is.

You just don't want a class action.

Yep, what I do want is a: "settled out of court for an undisclosed amount". This is assuming that she arrives safely.

I went the neck doctor and claimed soft tissue damage which they can't prove or disprove.

The insurance company settled for 120K, 1/3 went to the lawyer.

Make sure you get a lawyer that will do it on a contingency basis, no money out of pocket.

You already have a cause of action.

It was legit Spinal Stenosis in my neck.

I was born with Spinal Stenosis in my back, this just make it worse.
