All the negative talk about Catapano not being in shape should be put to bed. Its a shame he missed the season last year but shit happens....this guy is a SERIOUS athlete!
Yesterdays video of him here at Parisi Speed School in New Jersey shows him jumping onto a 56 inch box weighing over 290 lbs! Also this was minutes after a leg and back workout where he was deadlifting over 600 lbs. Only other guy over 290 I know of who can jump this high is JJ Watt. So say what you will but obviously the guy is back 100% healthy and training for next season. |
