At 6-foot-2, 302 pounds, Zimmer posted a 4.85 second 40-yard dash, a 32-inch vertical leap and an incredibly quick 7.01 second three-cone drill at the pro day.

On top of showing off his impressive quickness and athleticism, Zimmer put up an incredible 44 reps on the bench press, and that was not even his best total. According to Zimmer himself in an interview with NFL Spin Zone, the fantastic defensive tackle had put up 47 bench press reps leading up to the combine. The highest bench press performer at the combine this year had 34 reps.

A backup quarterback was also drafted because Dan Orlosky.
Add a healthy Jaylon Smith to all this talent and the Lions may actually win a playoff game.

Man. This is such a huge Boom/Bust draft. If Smith comes back to form, this is a great draft. If he can't... Boy there's a lot of risk and unproven talent/projection there.

With the 240th pick in the NFL draft the Indianapolis Colts select Eric MacLain, OG, Clemson.

He's a project that he's only got one year of playing the OL under his belt, but the former TE has great size at 6-5, 315 and he's a leader on the team and outstanding individual. A Clemson co-captain in the 7th? Sure, I'll roll the dice. If anything I get to stash him on the PS for a year and work with the kid.

Looking back, I'm very happy with what I got. Maybe if I could go back I take Benenoch, Ioannidis, or Prosise instead of Aguayo, but I really like what I came away with. I think the receivers transform the offense. Cardale has a ton of potential behind Griffin. Jones, Reed, and Stewart reset the secondary which was a disaster last year. Holmes and Ochi are two of my six favorite OLB rush prospects this year (#3 & #6). I didn't get it done at ILB and didn't get a backup C, but there are too many holes to fix for the Browns. Still guys left I like at both spots.

I was pretty skeptical after how you started the first two picks, but overall, well done. You filled plenty of holes and added some much needed talent. This draft would've been very well received.

Thanks! The main reason I was hesitant to go with the Browns is because I knew I was drafting Treadwell with my first pick and that it would get totally panned. But this is what the Browns have at receiver right now:

Either way, I needed two legit receivers out of this draft and I feel like while the top of the group is fine, it's not a deep WR class IMO... so I wanted to get while the getting was good. The Reed pick was a bit of a panic pick with the Browns' secondary falling apart but I think it's still a good addition.

You know what's scarier than having a good #2 in Hartline and a good slot in Hawkins? This:

Cardale is 2-3 years away from being a decent backup IMO.
