If LDT is that raw, it'll be years before he's ready to play in the NFL. McGlynn and Linkbach were turnstiles.

The Kush thing is odd. Reportedly, he put on 20 pounds of muscle mass and has always looked solid. It's still ridiculous to me, but if Reid was willing to stunt Fisher's growth by sticking him on the right side his rookie season, why wasn't he willing to put Kush in at left guard?

They're Chiefs problems, so they're absolutely Reid problems. He was a former offensive lineman. He's the guy, again, that stubbornly changed the blocking scheme for the first half of 2013 and once they reverted to zone blocking, the line improved exponentially.
