The light is good. It is the most flavor in a light beer that I have ever tried.

All of the Sam Adams sampler packs I seem to find have the stouts and dark beers that I know I probably won't like.

I tried the cream stout once, and nearly spit it out.

I have tried one sampler. It had Heifenweizen, black lager, and honey. All 3 were fantastic.

What is that? I'm not a fan of chocolate beer, either. I don't like Fat Tire.

Bowser's wife had some chocolate beer last weekend. One of the last things I remember was standing out on the patio and trying it. I was a little tipsy already, but I do remember thinking it wasn't too bad.

Uh. That was just before the fireworks. I'm surprised you remember a thing. I think you spilled it all over the deck.

Time for a Pale.

I'm beginning to think you don't really like me when I'm drunk. I think I've more than apologized enough for any inconvenience I might have caused. Believe it or not, I learn lessons. No hard liquor at gatherings. I got a little tipsy at the BBQ in April, and you still liked me then, didn't you? I'm fine when I stick to beer.

Nah, you were fine at that point. It was later that I was not liking you much.

FWIW, I think this Pale Ale is the best one I've ever had.

Did I corrupt your wife? I remember her trying one shot.

Trying to remember what I've got in the fridge at home. Bud Light, Wheat, Beach Bum, and I think one Pale Ale. None for me tonight though. Stuff to do tomorrow.

shit, I'll just google it:

"Green and clear bottles do little to protect a beer from skunking, and while dark brown bottles are much better they are far from perfect. Because many of the best known imports come in clear or green bottles consumers have come to associate a skunky aroma with imported, often more expensive beer. That doesn't mean their brewers intended them to taste that way.

The brighter the light and the longer bottles sit in that light the stronger the skunky smell will be. Even dark brown bottles won't guard a beer from the bright fluorescent lights popular in grocery stores and many other beer retail outlets for very long. "

The skunking usually happens when it goes from being cold to being warm and back to being cold. they come in cans if you don't like the bottles, just sayin'

I've been drinking Becks for a long time and the only time I had some of it that was skunked was from a tap, because it had been sitting for a while.

I can't stand Rolling Rock. blech!
