What amazes me is that Chiefs fans find any scenario just not too take a college QB prospect with our first pick of the draft.

What amazes me is that Chiefs fans want to take a college QB prospect with our first pick in the draft without even being willing to consider the possibility that better options might exist.

7/10 Would Trade.
That is, ASSUMING that the front office and Andy Reid have judged that no QB is worth the first pick... Cam is LOADED with talent, but... until he puts the mental part of the game into play, it ISN'T a slam dunk. |

Cam does have maturity issues
But in this draft class, with no true elite standout players, it would be silly to say he is not worth the top overall pick |

I hope my Raiders trade out of the 3rd pick for more picks, we were 4-12, we suck, the Chiefs were 2-14 You suck... build a team for the future and don't put all of your eggs in one basket on a very late first round QB pick |

I don't think there's a a QB that has the total package of physical tools. That Cam posesses.
But winning championships is more about mental makeup than physical tools, which is why Joe Montana has 4 rings and Jeff George was something of an NFL vagabond Head cases rarely grow out of head casery.

The best season by a QB in Chiefs history < the worst season of Newton's career.

He plays behind one of the worst OL in football, and he's also the best RB on his own team. His best WR is 33 ****ing years old.
Kill yourself.

Remember: Cam played on a team that lost to the goddamn 2012 Chiefs.
That's not a good football team.

I want to see our own QBotf prospect from the draft. Not some other teams QB no matter who they are or stats I don't give a **** about. Give us our own god damn quarterback for a change. I don't give a ****. Geno Smith is worth the pick and just to find out what he got is also the intrigue. I will be ****ing pissed if he finds success with some other team when we could have that success for ourselves.
