Anyone else a little worried that the Broncos are going to mail it in and stick us with the 5 seed?

Would it be that much of a surprise?
I view Broncos and their fans are like the Democrats and Hillary ....they cant handle the truth and will stoop to undermine the winners

What if you have a division with several good teams that beat up on each other during the course of the season? A team could split each division game and lose three games outside of the division. And what if the three losses came against three good teams? And what if those games were close?

And what if there aren't enough teams that have 11 win records? That would lead to ridiculous postseason scenarios.

The division system has always been around and it works. The only time people begin crying about it is when their team is in the position KC is. And the logical answer to that is if they win the division, it wouldn't be a concern.

Maybe don't ice Succup and give him two shots at it. Maybe don't show up in Pittsburgh half asleep.

Oh no, let's instead change the entire playoff system.

Hey man, whatever your thing is, that's fine--I really don't care. It's just kind of weird to project it onto football games.

Thats what it looks like to me. If Oakland couldnt run the ball like they do Mcgloin would be toast, but Oakland is good at running the ball and Denver is bad at stopping the run, and then you got the Denver O that just sucks. Denvers going to have to get some turnovers and its probably going to have to happen against the run. I dont think the Raiders will have to throw much.

Its kind of a bad matchup needing Oakland to loose this one game with them getting a team that cant stop the run and cant score on offense. If they had the Broncos last week and the Colts this week they would be the #5 seed. If they can score 17-20 points they will beat Denver. Denver will need D/ST scores to pull it out.

I don't expect much out of the cheating Donks for this game. The Chiefs just ripped their hearts out on National TV. What a beat down. First sweep of the Donks since 2000 and bounced their asses out of the playoffs. Soul Crushing!

Any Raider lead of 9 points or greater in the second half is going to look more like 21 points to the Denver offense.

McGloin sure as hell ain't Carr, but the play action will be there all night for him and he'll be able to do enough to keep the run game going.

As for the Chargers, that's an easy Chiefs win. Even if that team really wanted to win and gave it 100%, they're functioning at about 60% capacity in terms of starting players. Like, say Illinois State was super fired up and the most inspired they've ever been and was playing against Alabama; it wouldn't make jackshit difference. They'd still get walked over like an old piece of juicy fruit on a sidewalk.

The Raiders and Chiefs will both win this Sunday.
One post and I know who this is. Even more obvious reading the whole thread. Anyone else figure it out yet?

I didn't say anything about prison rape. And there you go again being fixated on exactly what I was talking about. Better that you get it out online where it doesn't hurt anyone rather than visiting it on some innocent sheep though. So atta boy; I'm very proud of you for that.

"Opoponax" has also been used to describe words that don't appear in a dictionary.

Anyway, I registered the week leading up to the second Raiders-Chiefs game in order to talk about it with opposing fans, but I had to wait several days until I could post. Also, I try to be respectful when visiting other team's forums.

If you want to think I'm someone else who's been banned I don't care. But seriously, you guys need to mellow out on the gay violence thing. It's really weird.

I'm not sure why people think Oakland is going to trounce the Donks..in their stadium with a back-up QB. They just held NE to 17 points...

They still have great CBs, Ware/Miller..and Thomas/Sanders. Semenboy actually throws a good deep pass and Raiders pass defense sucks.

I think McGloin turns it over in this one...this isnt Indy's defense. He's 1-5 as a starter. Carr was pretty much the reason they are 12-3...they have trailed in the 4th.. in 8 of their 12 wins. Refs might gift them another win though...that's the wild card in this one.
