I'd go hard after Vernon Davis if he's free.
Man. Vernon Davis. Then draft Ereck Flowers and Phillip Dorsett/Nelson Agholor rd 2. I'd be so pumped

I'd rather draft a TE.

Depends on the cost.
I'd love to pair Kelce with Davis and think the vet would provide a really good example for Kelce. The guy is a pro. He would also give Alex a guy he trusts. |

Chances are we arent going to be able to bring in a top free agent receiver, anyone we want is going to demand the moon and sky to come here... and we know Dorsey isnt going for that.
So if we take a rookie tight end instead of Davis, along with the rookie receivers instead of proven pro's... who the hell is going to produce at a high level for us THIS year? Have we just given up on the offense doing shit? |

I like the idea of solidifying the D-line with Suh and bringing in Davis at TE. Go heavy on WR, ILBer, Safety, O-Line and CB in the draft.

So the OP is suggesting that the Chiefs sign Suh to what will likely be a high dollar contract and then ask him to play a position (DE) in a defensive scheme (3-4) that he hasn't played in during his NFL career?
Unless Suh can also play WR and/or offensive guard… no thanks. |

No way the Cheaps can afford Suh or even if they could they would never pay him that much money.. Why should they? They can put any product on the field and KC fills the stands.

Good lord, what do you do with this guy? Signs a mega-deal then keeps doing dirty shit on the field. Kicked a player's helmet off and apparently poked a guy in the eye. JFC, get a hold of yourself.

$100 million Ndamukong Suh remains ineffective, Miami loses third straight
At least we didn't make a mistake here.....
http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-sh...181018527.html There should be a lemon law for NFL free-agent contracts. If there was, you have to think the Miami Dolphins would be applying for a refund right about now. After agreeing to give Ndamukong Suh $114 million over six years, believing he'd be a difference-maker for the defense, Miami has watched him make little to no impact through four games. Though he wasn't the only Dolphins player to look listless in Sunday's 27-14 loss to the New York Jets in London, when you're making the kind of money he is, it's more noticeable. Suh had one impact play, a tackle for loss in the fourth quarter when the Dolphines were down 27-7. (His postgame news conference was a source of amusement for at least one onlooker.) And he had yet another interaction with an opposing player that will have the NFL taking a closer look. Boston Globe reporter Ben Volin caught this first-half play, in which Suh's foot made contact with Ryan Fitzpatrick's helmet after Fitzpatrick fell running out of bounds. I can't decide if it was intentional or not. What's your call? Suh kicked Fitzpatrick in the head, knocking his helmet off That play aside, Suh isn't doing much to improve Miami's defense. Chris Ivory ran for a career-high 166 yards; the Jets rushed for 207 as a team. For the season, the Dolphins have given up 642 rushing yards. They came into the game ranked 31st in the league against the run. Miami won its opener against Washington but has gone 0-3 since. According to the Miami Herald's Armando Salguero, head coach Joe Philbin said after the game he isn't worried about his job status, and plans to keep Kevin Coyle as his defensive coordinator. On Sunday morning, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that Miami players have grown frustrated with Coyle, and held a closed-door meeting with the coordiantor this past week, asking him to drop the complexities of his system and just let the players play

He has already gotten a break on a kick earlier this year. He'll get suspended this time.
