Pretty much same foods every day for about 70 days now. I just removed by sweet potato and brown rice a few weeks back. So it is
Oats Eggs Chicken breast Ground turkey Pork sirloin Broccoli Green beans Started at 217 and down to 191 today. |

Just got back from Springfield.. 2nd in Masters physique and 4th in Novice C. Thinking about hanging up the board shorts now. Such a grueling 12 week prep.
