I'm disappointed. He better be as good at recruiting St. Louis and the Midwest as his supporters think he will be. And he better find a way to actually use his players on offense.

Otherwise, the ceiling is what we have seen: 20-23 wins, tourney bubble.

I'm fairly positive both Michael and Jontay Porter will suit up for Mizzou next year, as will East St. Louis big man Jeremiah Tilmon... Martin went to his high school and is about to hire the guy who recruited him to Illinois.

A Martin/Porter package that secures Michael Porter Jr. will add a spark to Mizzou that Columbia could have only imagined with Kim Blanderson at the helm.

Already more excitement before the ink even touches paper than the whole Kim era of darkness. Michael Porter Junior also has a brother in the 2018 class. Wonder if he'd be more than a one and done because of that.

I used to be such HUGE Mizzou hoops fan. I used to do cartwheels a few years back when they were on ESPN 3 and I could watch their constantly buffering streams on my laptop. I started getting a little less interested with Haith, but Kim Anderson totally stomped the living shit out of any urge I had to watch them play. The last game I watched was the Eastern Illinois loss this season. The same Eastern Illinois who had to sit in their bus for 10 hours in an ice storm on I-70 trying to get to COMO. I have DirectTV with the SEC Network, and after that game I didn't even bother to watch them any more.

I'm pumped with the Cuonzo hire. Should've been done years ago. Hell, even mediocrity with some stud players would be such a huge step up from the last few years.

@Dave_Matter: However Martin fills out staff would think Tracy Webster comes too. Has coached at Tennessee, DePaul, Nebraska, Illinois, Kentucky, Purdue
