Drive by shooting in Brookside

Jesus. Now even the nice neighborhoods are getting shot up.

This town needs an enema!

http://www.kansascity.com/news/local...180768716.html

Quote:
A man in his late 30s was sitting on his front porch in Brookside on Wednesday morning when he was shot to death, Kansas City police said.

Just after 8 a.m. police were summoned to the 200 block of West 66th Terrace, which is just east of Brookside and Wornall roads, on a shooting.

“It appears that our victim was sitting on his front porch of his residence when he was shot. The victim’s spouse heard something and came out and discovered her spouse on the ground,” said police spokeswoman Sgt. Kari Thompson.

Investigators are searching the area but have very limited suspect information. The shooting is not believed to have been random.

Police said they were looking for a white 1997 Chevrolet van with Missouri license 6FA 453. Anyone who sees the van is asked to call 911. Police warned people not to approach the van if they see it.

Police are speaking with the victim’s spouse to determine what happened. A car was heard speeding away immediately after the shooting. Investigators are also trying to determine if the victim had just walked his children to school prior to the shooting.

Police are canvassing the neighborhood.

“We’re hoping to get to the bottom of this and solve this case as we hope to solve every case,” Thompson said. “We need help. We can’t solve this alone.”

The death one of three homicides reported in Kansas City in the past 24 hours.

And the judge? He could have thrown out the case or over turned the jury verdict. He didn't which means the plaintiffs had a legit case.

I have not seen anything other than the plaintiffs estimate that the family trusts and Pungermans assets "could " be worth up to $50M. According to what Penderman presented, it would be in the $7-8 M range.

Dude, it's his money at risk, i really don't think he expected to have a judge who sucked off the plaintiffs atty(judges **** over pro se defendants) when it came to allowing evidence into court.

Civil law is subjective to the judge, and a different set of rules than criminal but from what I have seen sucked and was the same judge who denied an appeal.

Yes it's stupid to defend yourself but that;s his right He also assumed he could appeal which for some reason has yet to be seen.

That's all on him. Seriously, WTF wouldn't hire a lawyer if they're getting sued for $5 million?
Before this happened the only notation of that was when he caught some teenage boys (4) fishing on his fenced lake at his house. The parents heard about it and called the police. No charges were filed but he was arrested for brandishing a weapon inside city limits. The other insidents should not have been admitted as they were after the fact: Reason for appeal

The jury gave that to him Dumb****. You just proved that you do not know shit about the law. You really should stop now, while you're only knee deep in your own bullshit. Junderman was not sued for 5 million but you need to figure it out for you. YOU ****ING NEED TO LEARN. I hope you get charged with something and some defense atty bends you over and takes the deed on your house, your 401k, afterwhile your ass rots in jail ****s your wife like it's never been done before under the pretense that he is going to help you.

Oh and I bet you have family who are criminals but not from shooting someone who is inside your home, who did not have your consent. If i found you Porking my wife I can shoot you both dead and walk!!!!! shoot your dick off and you can sue me and some liberal jury can give you $5M.

I know from family and personal experience you'll more than likely get hauled to jail and charged with something, 2cnd degree murder(cough cough). Every damn sheriff out there does not take kindly to people shooting other people in their county. No matter what the circumstances. And good luck if it's an election year. Better hope you've got $50,000 set aside for legal fees.
And to really put your theory to the test be sure and shoot them from behind like this POS did.

Wrong, if you break into a secure area and my safety is compromised i can shoot...

Like the guy who hired the hooker who stole his cash. He chased her to a getaway car and shot the car with a AK 47 hitting her and leaving her on life support to later pass away. This is texas but MO has their laws too.

read and learn. http://www.nydailynews.com/news/crim...icle-1.1365975

A Texas john who shot a Craigslist escort dead after she took $150 of his cash but refused to have sex has been cleared of murder.

Ezekiel Gilbert, 30, was facing life in jail for the 2009 Christmas Eve killing of Lenora Frago, 23, outside his San Antonio apartment.

Gilbert used a AK-47 assault rifle to spray his alleged victim's car with bullets as she was driven away at 4:15 a.m. by her alleged pimp, Christopher Perkins.

Frago was hit in the neck.

Left paralyzed and brain damaged from the shooting, she was hooked up to a respirator for several months until her family pulled the plug in July 2010.

A Bexar County Texas court jury on Thursday took 11 hours to acquit Gilbert — saying his actions were justified because he was simply trying to retrieve stolen property.

This is because state residents are permitted "to use deadly force to recover property during a nighttime theft."
