Yesterday we brought to you the news that a reveal of Bungie's next project, Destiny, was being hinted at for this upcoming Monday, February 18 – an augmented-reality game on the studio's website seemed to be pointing toward that date. Well, we won't have to wait quite that long. It's now been announced that Destiny will be unveiled one day earlier than we thought, on this Sunday, February 17.
An official Facebook page went live today and made that announcement as its first order of business. A Twitter account for the game has also been activated as well.
And if all that isn't enough to get you hyped, have a first look at the game's just-revealed logo as well:

That went about as smoothly as a raid can go with two people that have never done it. We were just under two hours.

I hope that you guys got something good out of it.

Mav I have you in my friends list on XB1. How late do you usually play EST? I just started doing VoG and looking to get in some action usually between 9 or 10PM till midnight eastern.

Did you guys cheese either boss or just plug away at them?

I'm curious to see if the new method of knocking Atheon off actually works.

We cheesed the Templar so that everyone could get the 5th chest.

The Atheon cheese takes longer than just fighting him IMO so we took him down the regular way.

All six of you jump to the middle platform while the guy with the shield protects and everyone else fires away?

The portal teams goes to the middle, which gets them their post portal cleanse. They fight from the middle.

The outside team fights from where they are. It helps if one of them focuses on supplicants or they'll get out of control. You can't use rockets from the middle platform and they can put Atheon down pretty quickly.

I think that our run that ended him was 3 successful teleportations.

Tonight I could be ready to go between 8-8:30pm at the latest. UrCurse and TruNorth would be on board as well.

Not gonna be on until late tonight but for future reference I also have both a 28 hunter and titan. Mainly went on my lock so I could self rez while I learned what was going on.
