The Houston Texans...

JFC I feel bad for them.

It is like watching a repeat of Fat Scott's reign of "Patriots Way" terror that was inflicted upon One Arrowhead Drive.

It is the same "Patriots Way" bullshit all over again… get the "right 53 players" and you can magically win with the likes of Ryan Fitzpatrick, Matt Cassel, Tim Tebow, Kyle Orton, etc. as your QB.

"The Patriots Way"= The Ebola virus of the NFL that destroys franchises that don't have Tom Brady as their QB.

Thoughts and prayers to Houston Texans fans.

I think the texans trade for mallet or Hoyer before the preseason is over.

It was said that O'Brien said where ever he went he wants Hoyer with him. So both of those know his system.

Even though it was preseason… they looked totally non-competitive which was a preview of how the Chiefs would fare to start the regular season that year.

I can understand people shitting on Asamoah, but Jackson? He just turned 28, meaning that the 5 years Atlanta gave him should equal his prime. An elite run stuffer who although is nonexistent as a pass rusher, will open that possibility up for the linebackers. 25 million dollars over 5 years with only 11 million guaranteed isn't "breaking the bank".

In the interest of discussing the preseason without starting another thread, it's hilarious watching _enver getting royally Manninged on PI and QB protection calls tonight on NFLN.

Tyson Jackson's children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren will owe the Pioli family their lives. That man has made a fat worthless **** nearly $50 million in under 5 years

Not sure if suurious. Elite should not be used in the same sentence as Tyson Jackson unless that sentence is "Tyson Jackson is one of the elite wastes of money and roster spots in the history of the league. With the likes of Matt Cassel and Jafatass Russell."

Matt Cassel was an undrafted qb who never started a game in college.

He also made not one, but TWO pro bowls with two different teams.

From an undrafted guy who did far more than Tyson Jackson ever did as the third overall pick, that is just ridiculous that you included him.

here.

David Carr,
Joey Harrington,
Ryan Leaf,
Robert Gallery,
Charles Rogers.

Substitute any one of those you want.

Both are extremely versed in the scheme.

Kinda like Rich Gannon was when he came to the raiders.

You mean Bill-a-cheat?

Texans are going to be scary defensively. They'll be a nightmare on offense if they ask Fitzpatrick to throw the ball more than 400 times next season.
