Who is the biggest Homer on Chiefsplanet?

So, we all know that CP leans toward negativity and has no problem criticizing the Chiefs organization. It's been stated many times that there is no point in rival fans bashing the Chiefs, because we do a fine job of that on our own.

That being said, even this site has its homers. So, who are the blind supporters of the Chiefs? Who defends them even when there's nothing to defend?

I've come up with three names that have stuck out to me over my short two year existence. These are probably weak names, but I haven't been here very long, so cut me some ****ing slack.

The three I noticed are Marcellus, Dane (although I saw him give up hope last week), and Big Meatball Dave. I believe he was BCD and Big Chief Dave prior to that.

Who am I missing? Call out the homers!

Also, Homers of other teams on the board. We know that Rustshack fella would blow the entire starting lineup of Iowa State if they'd have him. Let's call our those dudes as well.

I'd have to agree...as it is written in the bylaws of ChiefsPlanet the only sanctioned homerism on ChiefsPlanet, a forum for Chiefs Fans, is Bronco homerism. It has been that way since the beginning of ChiefsPlanet.

No owner or club wants to be mediocre, but some of them will apparently damned sure settle for it as opposed to taking a few strategic risks.

This regime may yet surprise, but here's the record as it stands:

1) "Address" QB position by overpaying for mediocre stop-gap and secondary mediocre stop-gap while dumpster-diving the garbage rounds for future QB "talent"(?).

2) Hurriedly extend mediocre stop-gap to ludicrous deal, when you didn't even HAVE TO, right as he begins a nice spiral( no, not a pass )down the shitter to Turd Heaven.

3) MAKE ROOM FOR SAID STOP-GAP, CAP-WISE....by cutting a perfectly serviceable O-line and replacing it with bag o' dicks #1, #2, and #3!

4) Shit pants with 1st round pick and address pretty much nothing in last draft.( Although Gaines shows some potential )

5) ur' cap sill sux, duuuuude...

6) Game day coaching = 1920's alley abortion performed by drunken hobo w/ coat hanger.

7) UR' BEST PLAYERS ARE STILL AGING AND PROBABLY GONNA' DIE ON THE FIELD BEFORE WINNING ANYTHING OF SIGNIFICANCE, thank you.

Because....

To be honest I first thought about Dave. I think he's come realize that it's the same Chiefs.

I would have guessed Sandy Vag or Old School, but they would have said better than 2/3's of the QB's in the league.

Holy shit! I requested to be added to the group Terrorhead lives on facebook and its like a community of Sandy Vags loaded with Alex ball washers with every Alexcuse ready to roll. It makes you really appreciate the hell out of this place. Dave would be considered a Chief hater in that crowd.

Chiefs,
"Stop-gap"? Did we learn a new word today? You have one of those word of the day toilet paper rolls or something? You used it 4 times in the first 2 of your "points".

You don't have to agree, but Reid clearly doesn't see Alex Smith as stop-gap. Smith is exactly the type of QB Reid likes for his offense.

Which only solidifies my "Reid blows" argument.
