NFL top 100 players of 2018

I just came across the list. They have done 81-100 so far, and no Chiefs yet. Donks and Faiders have one each with Harris Jr at 86 and Bruce Irvin at 85. The Packers already have 4 on the list. Noteables are JJ Watt at 84. Apparently his injuries have the voters scared because he should be much higher than that. Grappalo made the list at 90. I don't think that he's played enough to be on that list just yet. I seriously doubt that we see Mahomes on the list, and I don't think that we should. He may have a top 10 year, but after one regular season game, I just wouldn't put him in there. I think that we should see Watkins, Hill, Kelce, and Hunt on the list. I'm not sure if Berry will be there coming off of injury. If Watt only came in at 84, what will they do with Berry? Will Chris Jones make the list? Here's a link if you want to see the list.

"Solid" in a couple of years? If he's merely solid 2 years from now then something went wrong.

I can tell you ...none of those QBs ever made throws like Mahomes. I've been watching football a long time...and only Rodgers comes to mind. He's rare. None of them threw for 700+ yards in a single game. None of them can throw a ball 80 yards in the air...his arm is ridiculous.

Gabbart?..Ponder?

I'm pushing my chips to the center of the table on this kid...he might have some bumps early on, but he's the next great QB. IMO.

Veach said "he's the best player I've ever seen"...and from what I've seen, he looks like the real deal.

I'm just happy he's on the Chiefs...and not some other AFC team.

Maybe, maybe not.If Mahomes averages 3.5 TDs a game next year will you be saying the same thing? Or will you be on his balls like everybody else?

My other goal would be for the chiefs to win playoff games. But ok I guess.

Watson donated his first check to lunchroom workers...he's a solid human. I hope he has a great career...he's not as naturally talented as Mahomes though.

PM will be as good as he wants to be...

I don't expect that at all from Mahomes. I'd be happy with roughly 1.5 a game for around 24-25 for the season.

My concern is his knack for breaking off a play to early when the pressures on. He improvises to much instead of allowing the play to develop. In other words take what the defense gives you in those instances. Finding a elite QB is very difficult to do. History shows the odds are just not there. There's some bigtime heat coming off the edge from this division, I mean serious heat from all 3 of those teams, we gotta find a way to keep that kid healthy-

Of course I did. He threw some bad passes but he also stepped up and made some money throws. I'd like to see him be a little more patient in the pocket because I think he's at his best there. If he keeps trying to scramble he might end up like RGIII. My concern in that game was our OL. It was awful and they brought the heat on him, Lets hope we don't see this OL look like that ever again, won't be good for the young kid.

Nice try troll. Many of the starting OL weren't even playing.

Oh good I don't have to go out and pull all the collection of reasons I'm hype as f for Mahomes. He's already been called out.

I'm pessimistic about the Chiefs by nature. The more one knows about Mahomes, the more one gets optimistic. That's what the national media doesn't get about the Mohomes hype.

We all started out as "we'll see" and everyone who has done research is giddy as a schoolboy in the girls' locker room.
