Pancake syrup - CW says no, but even the highest grade will get a layer of mold on the top as it sits. Depends if you want to skim mold every few months or so from one of the more expensive condiments in your larder
Worcestershire sauce - not needed, but I us it enough in cold applications [cough, Bloody Mary] to stuff it in the door. Soy sauce - Nah Hot sauce - depends on how vinegary and hot it is. Tabasco or stronger can stay outside, a thicker garlic chili sauce like Sriracha needs coolin' [baby I'm not foolin'] Velveeta - yeah, full of preservatives, but it will still mold, and more importantly, dry out. Also not needing refrig - Mayo [so long as not mixed with ANYTHING], mustard, ketchup, pickles, manzanilla olives, most anything vinegar based.

Pure maple syrup shouldn't mold. It should crystallize like honey. Seriously, they boil almost all the water out in the sugar shacks.

Meanwhile I have 3-4 well aged jars of honey that remain completely inert, only one [run of the mill plastic honey bear squeeze bottle with locally produced honey] has even crystallized.
