I hadn't had a soda for about a week, when this thread was started. I didn't quit 'em; just coincidence. However, seeing this thing prompted me to continue not drinking sodas, and I haven't had one since.
It's not all noble and shit though, because I still drink the hell out of coffee and homemade sweet tea and lemonade (made by a soda company, so...yeah). They're probably no improvement as far as sugar intake goes...but they aren't soda. |
