Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Pughsley had a nice one on one against Hali. In the brief video I've seen, he appears more competent that Stephenson post 2013.

Something happened to that guy because he's just awful now.

Holy shit.

I completely overlooked that entire side, and wondered why the hell they didn't break down the WR depth chart the same as the corner chart.

Time for an eye exam.

I've always thought it's weird that they just label both sides "wide receiver" rather than putting all of them in one bucket. I know they switch back and forth in terms of side of the field, so "LWR" and "RWR" wouldn't work, but still seems weird.

Avant has looked great in camp from all the video I've seen. I don't understand why people don't want a veteran like him to make the cut.

The ol is more than a little surprising. They're putting both fanaika and ldt at LG behind Grubbs, a guaranteed starter? Feel like they should get more work at RG and push Allen for the starting job, or as insurance in case Stephenson continues to be terrible and Allen kicks out to RT.

He's looked impressive and I'm one of the guys that didn't want him on the roster.

It looks like great competition, with Maclin, Wilson, Avant, DAT and Conley as locks with Brown, Hammond and Hemingway fighting for the final spots, at least to this point.

Lotta talk about this Williams guy at wr too.

Unlike the past d3cade, we legitimately have depth at some spots and not just roster trash

I think it's possible Williams and another WR (Binns, maybe?) end up on the Practice Squad this season.

Even though I've been unimpressed with Hammond in his limited chances at WR, I didn't realize until today how productive he's been as a returner.
