Yeah this is so much better than 19. And probably the best new gen Madden.

Gameplay is so smooth. Running the ball is way better than last year. Love the new passing trajectories and that super LBs cant pick everything off that's near them.

The X-Factor abilities are neat. Mahomes is just ridiculous lol. The no look and Bazooka X-Factors are fun. And the speed of Hill and Hardman are a perfect compliment.

Tough to get a pass rush, atleast for me so far, with the Chiefs. Clark is rated too low and Jones shouldve had some Superstar abilities.

Same with Tyreek. Kind of ridiculous he has no Superstar or X-Factor abilities simply because of the offseason bullshit. They better give him something later on.

But yeah, this is much better than previous years, especially 19. I'll be playing the shit out of this.

It really helps if you can time R2 (ps4) just right to get a good jump, then just start mashing the shit out of square on pass plays. I have pretty good luck getting to the qb with Clark..I tend to get at least a sack a game with him and play well in the run game

Apparently, Madden has the Chiefs beating Philly in the big game 24 - 10

So we got that going for us

Dustin Colquitt has been rated like an 82 for his whole career in Madden lol. It's kinda ridiculous. He's a punter that you'd expect to have a 95+.

Our defense is dog shit in this game. My first franchise game Foles ****ed me up. He completed like every pass. I'm gonna try to focus on leveling Thornhill and going to draft a corner and some LBs in the draft. Also our o-line aside from Schwartz got pretty well shafted in their ratings. Fisher is a 74 overall LT and he should probably be like an 82 or something.

created new playbooks, set up my roster, played a couple hours of practice, two preseason games last night...

....game is ****ing AWESOME

traded for two defensive ends with size/speed and converted them to HB in an attempt to create the ULTIMATE PHATBACK

Ratings in general are dogshit.

The Chiefs and Patriots are both 78 OVR lol

The Chiefs offense is an 83 OVR. We had literally one of the best offenses of all time last season and only lost Hunt. The ****ing Eagles have a higher rated offense than we do.

their oline ratings bring the overall down a lot. Allegretti counts as their starter and is like a 50-something overall i think. All their line except schwartz is low.

I know our OL is garbage and the Patriots lack stars, but it exposes a flaw in their rating system. Certain unit's production belies their individual talent. The Chiefs and Pat's are both top 10 offenses. Clearly the sum is greater than all the parts, but Madden fails to capture that.

And, I mean, what argument can be made for having both AFCCG representatives and two of the top four teams in the league sporting 78 OVRs?

I was messing around with all the different formations in the game. The "Power I" allows DTs to be subbed into one spot in the backfield. I think. I ran a play out of it and Khalen Saunders was in there lol.
