Both he and Mitch should hang it up, IMO.

Roll with someone who's more Kevin Harlan than Gus Johnson as the PBP and promote Kendall to color.

I guess I'm and idiot...but I like Lenny and Mitch. I hope the Chiefs get a SB before they hang it up, they deserve it for all the years they've done this.

But, a new guy would be intriguing, and I agree, Lenny has been a little...bitchy lately. That's one of the things I liked about him, but it's been showing a lot more it seems these last few seasons.

Lenny the Cool is a living legend here in KC, but it's time for him to move over and let someone else man his chair. Glad to hear that the Powers That Be will allow him to depart gradually and gracefully.

Leonard helped bring the NFL to KC, and for that alone he deserves a respectful departure from his broadcasting career. Thanks for the ride, Lenny!!!
