True, but Eugene has already produced results with his metal-clad walkers, as well as his knowledge of bullet casting and explosives.

Also, I'm betting the Saviors aren't interested in a cure like Abraham and Co. were, so as long as Eugene does useful things in the now, he'll be fine.

Hmm...Daryl got it back after the fight where Denise got shot, but then lost it when Negan had his monologue...but then had a crossbow when he visited Carol outside the Kingdom.

I can't remember when he got his crossbow back or if the one he has now is even the original.
