So Dick Vermeil is the puppetmaster pulling at the strings of teams and coaches? They act like hes the owner or GM of these teams let alone have any say in what these teams or coaches do. Non-story.

Even if he did, Gruden is about the last guy I'd ever want developing a QB. He was the pro version of Spurrier when it came to a QB shuffle, and he couldn't identify talent at all.
