Probably stupid question, but I'm gonna ask it anyway, mainly just becuase I'm curious. I understand I can't lower the wager, bu can I raise it? With no editing/changing of bets if I previously bet $1000 on the Turtles -4, but want to change that to $5000, should I just make another bet on the Turtles -4 for $4000?

Why would you bet on the Turtles -4?
With their WR issues, if they win it'll be close.

Correct. As long as all your bets on one line do not exceed $5,000 you are good.
