Any suggestions ? I've got my colon blast prepped .

Dr. Told me she is a huge 49ers fan. I told her thanks for the QB, how'd your year go.

Was that a bad idea ?

Yeah, Exactly ! I actually think I'm gonna start fasting every Tuesday now. The night of the colon cleanse I was hungry but the next day not so much. It kinda settles in. Hang in there and do what Lonewolf ED says , don't get more than 25 feet from a bathroom.

Once it's full blown liquid try dapping instead of wiping. It saved me.

Just had mine earlier this month. Last time was 10 years ago, the prep sure has changed. 10 years ago I had to drink gallons of shit all day. This time I mixed two 6 ounce bottles with 10 ounces of water 15 hours before procedure. Had my first ever polyp pruned (it was a sessile polyp which means it's flat, not a mushroom). Lab results came back and it was benign. I'm good to go for another 5 years lol

Damn, I need to do this too It sounds like it is much better then a few years ago. Doc told me that I drink some stuff, then take a peak up in there. Sounded too easy.
