Looks to me like the guy got his clock cleaned when he fell to the ground and hit his head on the asphalt. He fell with a good deal of momentum, and that's when he got the tweety-bird eyes. I bet his mouth tasted like a battery at that point and he just went into survival mode.

Yeah, it's annoying when a motorcycle cuts lanes even where it's legal. I'm always kind of shocked that it's legal because it seems really dangerous. But if you're driving drunk, it's kind of throwing stones in a glass house to get upset about it.
