Electronics Home cell phone boosters

I am in the middle of nowhere and need a boost. I will be picking up the new Iphone which is supposed to have a much better antenna but in case that doesn't work have nay of you used these, recommend one or have any advise to give me? I am sick of paying for a land line that constantly goes down.

Check with your carrier. I use Sprint and had really shitty coverage at home until they sent me a Microcell. Typically this is something you pay for but since I had 0 to 1 bar of service at home they added it to my plan free of charge.

Now I have full bars at home and better yet, any calls I make from home that go through the microcell do not count against my minutes.
