I was watching FoxSports1 Sunday night. They had a legal expert on, and he was discussing this scenario. Said this is 2nd degree manslaughter, and he expects Stewart will be charged in a week or two with this count.

Unless Stewart comes out and explicitly says that he was trying to scare the kid then that accusation is bullshit.

He said he thought it would take a week or two, but that the DA would file the charge based on the all the attention being focused on that county with this event.
